How do I play?
You're a food-delivery driver and your cash is ticking down. Make more than you spend.
- Drive: put a finger down anywhere and drag. Where you point is where the car goes, and how far you drag is how fast. Drag behind a stopped car to reverse. On a keyboard, use the arrow keys or WASD.
- Pick up: restaurants with an order waiting have a glowing ring and a price label. Drive onto the ring and the order goes in your bag.
- Deliver: a green ring marks the customer's door for every order in your bag. Drive into it to get paid.
- Stack orders: every other order in the bag when you deliver adds 40% to the pay of each one, so swinging past a second or third restaurant before heading to the doors pays off. But food cools in the bag, and the tip shrinks as it does.
- Everything costs money: the car payment ticks every second (and creeps up with every delivery), petrol costs a little for every metre, crashes cost repairs, hitting another vehicle costs a deductible, wrecking one means paying damages, and knocking over a lamp, sign or tree is a city fine. When the cash hits zero the shift is over.
- Energy: you tire as you drive. A tired driver is slower, and an exhausted one nods off for a moment. Buy an energy drink with the button at the bottom right (or press E).
- Score: deliveries, combos and tricks like close calls and drifts add to your score. Cash keeps you alive; score is for bragging.
My car keeps breaking down
That's the starter car. It stalls (tap the screen, or press space, to crank it), gets flat tires (stop for three seconds to change one) and overheats (slow down to cool it). Servicing, a radiator and a better car in the garage make that happen less.
What's the garage?
After every shift, half of what you earned goes into your savings. Spend them in the garage on upgrades (engine, brakes, servicing, a bigger or warmer bag, better petrol use, and more) and on new cars. Your rank grows with what you earn over time, and a higher rank opens more of the city to deliver in and more kinds of car to buy.
What are the weather and night shifts?
Higher ranks sometimes get rain (slippery, and food cools faster), night (dark and tiring, with prices only showing up close) or rush hour (jammed streets and lots of orders). They pay a bonus.
What is the daily shift?
Everyone gets the same shift on the same date, in the same car with no upgrades. Your best score for the day and your streak of days in a row are kept on your device.
Where is my progress saved?
On your device: savings, cars, upgrades, rank, best scores and your daily streak. There's no account, so progress doesn't move between devices. Clearing this website's data in your browser, or deleting the app, resets it.
There's no sound
Sound starts after your first tap (phones and browsers require that). Check the speaker button at the bottom left, and that your device isn't on silent.
