Hangry Hauler is made by Spaikz LLC. Last updated October 30, 2026.

These terms apply when you play Hangry Hauler on iPhone, iPad, Android or the web. By playing you agree to them and to our Privacy policy. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if anything here conflicts with it, Apple's agreement wins for the iOS app.

What it costs

• Hangry Hauler is free to play. There are no ads, no accounts and nothing to buy.
• The cash, savings, ranks, cars and upgrades in the game are part of the game. They aren't real money, can't be exchanged for anything, and have no value outside it.
• If we ever add anything you can buy, we'll update these terms and the privacy policy before it ships.

The game

• We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
• Hangry Hauler is a cartoon driving game. It isn't driving instruction or advice, and the speeds, crashes and traffic in it are nothing like real driving. Never copy it on a real road, and never play while you're driving.
• The people, restaurants, businesses, places and events in the game are fictional. Hangry Hauler is an independent game and isn't connected to, or endorsed by, any delivery company.
• We keep improving the game, so features, prices of things in the game, and balance may change. Your progress is stored on your device, so deleting the app or clearing its data erases it.

No warranty, and limits on liability

Hangry Hauler is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Spaikz LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim, which for a free game is nothing. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the game. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
